Floor Armor™ Concrete Patching/Repair Kit is an advanced self-leveling patching compound engineered to repair and fill concrete surfaces that will be coated with POR-15 Floor Armor™. It permanently penetrates and bonds to concrete and provides structural and decorative patching, resurfacing and restoration by filling cracks and missing sections of concrete.
No need for acids; no need to flood your floor with water. Just use our easy degreaser on any heavy oil or grease stains, vacuum away any dust or dirt, and paint right over everything with Floor Armor. Get the same fantastic results you have come to expect from world-famous POR-15 Rust Preventive Paint, with this terrific new product. It is the result of several years of development by our own chemists and product specialists. Use Floor Armor in heavy traffic areas. It can take the abuse from forklifts, floor jacks, and constant traffic. Once your floor is covered with Floor Armor, you'll wipe up oil and grease stains with a rag, and keep dust down too. It is also the ideal basement sealer. If you have a leak, use Floor Armor to stop that leak to permenantly seal basements. It will also prevent mildew and dampness. Kit Contents Your Floor Armor™ Concrete Patching/Repair Kit comes with the following:
CoverageThis kit (one quart of resin and one pint of hardener/activator) of Floor Armor™ Concrete Patching/Repair Kit can coat up to 80 sq. ft., 5 mils thick. Coverage depends on amount of sand added to mix.Surface PreparationSurface should be clean, dry and free of loose matter. Oil, grease, wax, and paint must be removed prior to application of your Floor Armor™ Concrete Patching/Repair Kit. Failure to do so could dramatically impact the success of your project.MixingMixing ratio – 4 parts Part A resin to 1 part Part B hardener/activator Remove the contents from the pail. Empty the cans of Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener/activator) into the pail and mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes add in desired amount of sand. NOTE: In warm conditions (in excess of 75 degrees Fahrenheit) it is important to only mix the amount of product that is needed. Warm conditions shorten pot life/working time to 20 minutes. A blue mixing scoop is included for mixing convenience.Cure Time InformationFloor Armor™ Concrete Patching/Repair Kit hardens in approximately 1 to 6 hours depending on the temperature, thickness, amount of aggregate and other variables.
